Please keep track of the date, number of hours, and activities completed. Please have a supervisor/sponsor/officer sign off on each date of service. This year, we will be using a new "point" system to track and verify you are meeting the requirements for membership in the NHS. This will be reintroduced during the first NHS meeting and will be housed here once we have everything set up digitally.
